Delete Your Data

Step 1: Send an Email

Send an email to our support team at:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Step 2: Include Your Account Information

In your email, please include:

• The email address associated with your Jenzi account
• Your name (if different from the email address)

Step 3: Specify What to Delete

Briefly describe what data you would like to have deleted. Here are some examples:

• "Delete all my account data" - This will delete your entire account and all associated data
• "Delete my learning progress and flashcards" - Removes your learning history and created flashcards
• "Delete my uploaded content and translations" - Removes content you've uploaded and translation history
• "Delete my account completely" - Full account deletion including all personal information

You can be as specific or general as you need. We'll process your request accordingly.

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

You'll receive updates on the status of your deletion request via email.

Important Note: Some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records, legal compliance). If any data must be retained, we will inform you and explain the reason for retention.
